Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Platform

The Platform provides technical infrastructure through which independent broadcasters may transmit live audiovisual content to viewers.

Broadcasters independently determine what they broadcast.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, broadcasts and other broadcaster-provided content are not created, produced, selected, controlled, directed, commissioned, approved or endorsed by Mt2Factory.

Providing a broadcaster with access to the Platform does not make that broadcaster an employee, agent, representative or partner of Mt2Factory.

Broadcasters act independently and are responsible for their own conduct and content.

The availability of any stream on the Platform does not mean that Mt2Factory has reviewed, authorised, approved or verified that stream or its contents.

Any opinions, statements, gameplay, music, videos, images, communications and other material appearing within a broadcast are attributable to the respective broadcaster and do not necessarily represent the views of Mt2Factory.

2. Broadcaster Responsibility

Each broadcaster is solely responsible for the content of their broadcasts and for their use of the Platform.

By broadcasting through the Platform, each broadcaster represents and warrants that they have all rights, licences, permissions, consents and authorisations necessary for everything included in their broadcast.

This includes, without limitation:

• video game content;
• gameplay;
• music;
• sound recordings;
• musical compositions;
• videos;
• online videos;
• movies;
• television programmes;
• sporting events;
• live events;
• photographs;
• artwork;
• third-party livestreams;
• websites shown during a broadcast;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• copyrighted works;
• voice recordings;
• personal information; and
• any other third-party material.

The provision of streaming access by Mt2Factory does not constitute permission, authorisation or a licence to use any third-party material.

Each broadcaster is solely responsible for determining whether their use of particular content is lawful and properly authorised.

3. Music in Broadcasts

Broadcasters are solely responsible for ensuring that any music included in their broadcasts is properly authorised for livestreaming and any other relevant use.

Broadcasters must not play, perform, transmit or otherwise include copyrighted music in a broadcast unless they have the necessary rights, licences, permissions or another valid legal basis to do so.

This includes music obtained or played through:

• Spotify;
• YouTube;
• Apple Music;
• internet radio;
• traditional radio;
• music applications;
• websites;
• video games; and
• other third-party sources.

A personal subscription to a music, video or entertainment service does not, by itself, establish that a broadcaster has permission to retransmit that content through the Platform.

Broadcasters remain solely responsible for determining whether their music usage is properly licensed.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Broadcasters must not knowingly use the Platform to infringe the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person or organisation.

Without appropriate rights, licences, permission or another valid legal basis, broadcasters must not use the Platform to retransmit, communicate, reproduce, distribute or otherwise make available protected content including, without limitation:

• movies;
• television programmes;
• subscription television;
• subscription streaming services;
• sporting events;
• concerts;
• copyrighted music;
• another person's livestream;
• copyrighted videos;
• photographs;
• artwork; or
• other protected material.

Broadcasting a video game does not automatically authorise the broadcaster to use unrelated copyrighted music, videos or other third-party material during the broadcast.

Broadcasters are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions and licences.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The Platform must not knowingly be used for unlawful activity.

Broadcasters must not knowingly use the Platform to:

• infringe intellectual property rights;
• unlawfully disclose personal or confidential information;
• seriously violate another person's privacy or legal rights;
• distribute malware or malicious software;
• compromise accounts, devices, networks or systems;
• facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity;
• impersonate another person in an unlawful or materially deceptive manner;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• circumvent Platform security or access controls;
• use stolen or unauthorised streaming credentials; or
• intentionally engage in conduct they know to be unlawful.

Mt2Factory may introduce additional reasonable rules where necessary to protect the Platform, its users, third parties or Mt2Factory.

6. No General Monitoring or Prior Approval

Mt2Factory does not undertake to monitor, review, approve or investigate every broadcast before or during transmission.

Mt2Factory does not guarantee that all broadcaster-provided content complies with these Terms, applicable laws or third-party rights.

The continued availability of a broadcast must not be interpreted as confirmation that Mt2Factory has reviewed, approved or determined the legality of that broadcast.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory has no general obligation to proactively search for unlawful or infringing activity independently transmitted by broadcasters.

Mt2Factory nevertheless reserves the right to monitor, review or investigate particular content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, enforcement of these Terms or protection of third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any obligation imposed on Mt2Factory by applicable law.

7. Live and Temporary Nature of Broadcasts

The Platform primarily facilitates live and potentially temporary broadcasts.

A broadcast may begin and end before Mt2Factory receives or reviews a complaint concerning that broadcast.

Mt2Factory does not guarantee that a reported live broadcast will remain active or technically available by the time a complaint or legal notice is received or reviewed.

Where a reported live broadcast has already ended, Mt2Factory may, where appropriate:

• take action concerning any recording or copy retained on the Platform;
• investigate the broadcaster concerned;
• warn the broadcaster;
• restrict future broadcasting access;
• revoke streaming credentials;
• suspend the broadcaster; or
• permanently terminate broadcasting access.

The fact that a live broadcast ended before a notice could be processed does not mean that Mt2Factory approved or authorised the content of that broadcast.

8. Right to Remove Content or Terminate Streams

Mt2Factory has broad discretion to protect the Platform.

Where reasonably appropriate and subject to applicable law, Mt2Factory may:

• immediately interrupt a live stream;
• disable access to content;
• remove content;
• mute content;
• restrict content;
• block access to a stream;
• revoke a stream key;
• regenerate streaming credentials;
• suspend broadcasting privileges;
• permanently terminate broadcasting privileges;
• restrict access to all or part of the Platform; or
• take other reasonable technical or administrative measures.

Mt2Factory may take such action where it reasonably believes that content or conduct:

• violates these Terms;
• may violate applicable law;
• may infringe third-party rights;
• creates a security risk;
• exposes Mt2Factory or another person to material legal risk; or
• is otherwise inappropriate for the Platform.

Where circumstances reasonably justify immediate action, Mt2Factory may act without prior notice.

No broadcaster has a contractual right to continued broadcasting access unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Mt2Factory.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Notices

Mt2Factory respects copyright and intellectual property rights.

A person who believes that content transmitted through the Platform infringes copyright or another intellectual property right may submit a written notice to:

Notices should be sent by post, registered mail or courier.

The sender is responsible for ensuring that the notice is properly addressed and delivered.

A notice should contain sufficient information for Mt2Factory to identify and investigate the alleged infringement.

Where reasonably applicable, the notice should include:

1. the full legal name of the complainant;
2. the complainant's postal address and contact details;
3. identification of the copyright owner or other rights holder;
4. where the complainant acts for another person or organisation, sufficient information demonstrating their authority to do so;
5. identification of the copyrighted work, trademark or other protected material concerned;
6. identification of the specific stream, broadcaster, material or activity alleged to be infringing;
7. sufficient information for Mt2Factory to locate or identify the relevant material or activity;
8. where relevant, the date and approximate time at which the allegedly infringing activity occurred;
9. a description of the particular act alleged to constitute infringement;
10. an explanation of why the complainant believes the use is unauthorised;
11. a statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate to the complainant's knowledge;
12. the complainant's signature or other legally sufficient authentication; and
13. any additional information required by applicable law.

Mt2Factory may request further information where a notice is incomplete, ambiguous, insufficiently specific or otherwise cannot reasonably be processed.

A general allegation that a broadcaster, game, server, website or service is “illegal”, “unauthorised” or “infringing”, without sufficient information identifying the specific right and alleged infringement, may be insufficient for Mt2Factory to determine what action is requested or appropriate.

Submitting a materially false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised complaint may have legal consequences under applicable law.

10. Receipt and Review of Notices

A notice is considered received for operational purposes when it has actually been delivered to Mt2Factory's designated postal address and is reasonably available for review.

Delivery of correspondence to another address, person or third party does not necessarily constitute receipt by Mt2Factory.

Mt2Factory may take reasonable time to receive, open, review and assess physical correspondence in the ordinary course of business.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees immediate review of postal correspondence.

Where a notice concerns a live broadcast that is no longer active when the notice is reviewed, Mt2Factory may take any appropriate measures that remain technically and legally available.

11. Notice and Takedown

When Mt2Factory receives a sufficiently specific notice alleging copyright infringement, intellectual property infringement or other unlawful content, Mt2Factory may review the matter and take appropriate action.

Where appropriate, such action may include:

• interrupting an active live stream;
• removing retained content;
• disabling access to retained content;
• restricting access to particular material;
• requesting additional information;
• communicating with the broadcaster;
• preserving relevant technical records;
• suspending broadcasting access; or
• permanently terminating broadcasting access.

Where applicable, copyright notices may be processed in accordance with the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), applicable safe-harbour provisions and any applicable Code of Practice or statutory procedure relating to online service providers.

Where required by applicable law, Mt2Factory may provide the affected broadcaster with information concerning a complaint and an opportunity to respond or submit a legally recognised counter-notice.

Mt2Factory is not required under these Terms to keep disputed content available while a complaint is being considered.

12. Complex or Disputed Legal Claims

Mt2Factory provides technical streaming infrastructure and is not a court, arbitration tribunal or specialist adjudicator of complex intellectual property disputes.

Mt2Factory is not required under these Terms to independently determine complex questions concerning:

• copyright ownership;
• licence validity;
• trademark ownership;
• contractual licensing disputes;
• the legality of a third-party game server;
• the legality of game modifications;
• ownership of software or game assets;
• competing claims to intellectual property;
• contractual disputes between game publishers and third parties; or
• other complex questions of law or fact.

Where competing, uncertain or disputed claims are made, Mt2Factory may:

• request additional evidence;
• request proof of authority from the complainant;
• request information from the broadcaster;
• temporarily restrict relevant content;
• maintain an existing restriction;
• decline to make a final determination on the underlying legal dispute; or
• require the parties to resolve the dispute directly or through an appropriate court or other legally competent authority.

Mt2Factory's decision to restrict or not restrict particular content for operational or risk-management purposes does not constitute a legal determination regarding the rights of either party.

13. Knowledge of Potentially Unlawful Content

If Mt2Factory becomes aware of facts or circumstances that reasonably indicate that particular content or activity may constitute infringement or other unlawful conduct, Mt2Factory may investigate and take appropriate action.

A third-party complaint is not the only circumstance in which Mt2Factory may act.

Nothing in these Terms authorises Mt2Factory to knowingly facilitate unlawful conduct.

14. Repeat Infringers

Mt2Factory may suspend or permanently terminate broadcasting access for broadcasters who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly violate these Terms.

A sufficiently serious violation may result in immediate termination even where no previous violation has occurred.

Mt2Factory may consider factors including:

• the seriousness of the alleged infringement;
• previous complaints;
• the specificity and credibility of complaints;
• information supplied by the broadcaster;
• whether the conduct appears deliberate;
• whether the broadcaster has previously been warned; and
• legal or operational risks to the Platform.

15. Reports Concerning Other Allegedly Illegal Content

Written notices concerning allegedly unlawful content other than copyright infringement may also be sent to:

The notice should provide sufficient information to identify:

• the complainant;
• the relevant content;
• the broadcaster concerned;
• where or when the content appeared;
• the specific legal right allegedly affected; and
• the factual and legal basis of the complaint.

Where applicable law establishes a mandatory notice-and-action procedure, qualifying notices will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

16. Streaming Credentials

Broadcasting access may be provided through stream keys, passwords, URLs, endpoints, credentials or other technical means.

Unless expressly authorised by Mt2Factory, streaming credentials are provided solely to the broadcaster for whom they were issued.

Broadcasters are responsible for protecting their streaming credentials.

Broadcasters must not knowingly:

• sell credentials;
• publicly distribute credentials;
• allow unauthorised third parties to use credentials; or
• circumvent restrictions associated with those credentials.

Mt2Factory may revoke, replace or regenerate streaming credentials at any time for security, operational, enforcement or legal reasons.

17. No Employment, Agency or Partnership

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, broadcasters are independent users of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

• an employment relationship;
• an agency relationship;
• a partnership;
• a joint venture;
• a franchise relationship; or
• authority for a broadcaster to legally bind Mt2Factory.

A broadcaster must not represent that they are authorised to act on behalf of Mt2Factory unless expressly authorised in writing.

18. No Ownership Transfer

Access to the Platform does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Broadcasters retain whatever rights they lawfully hold in their own content.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants a broadcaster or viewer ownership of third-party intellectual property or a licence to use such intellectual property except where such permission exists independently under applicable law or from the relevant rights holder.

19. Technical Licence to Operate the Platform

To the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, each broadcaster grants Mt2Factory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to technically:

• receive;
• process;
• encode;
• transcode;
• reproduce for technical purposes;
• transmit;
• distribute;
• display;
• cache; and
• temporarily store

their stream and associated content.

This licence exists only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, distribute and technically provide the Platform.

This licence does not transfer ownership of broadcaster content to Mt2Factory.

The licence relating to particular content generally ends when that content is no longer provided through the Platform, except where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for:

• technical operations;
• backups;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• investigation of abuse;
• legal compliance;
• establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
• dispute resolution.

20. Viewers

Content available through the Platform may originate from independent broadcasters.

Mt2Factory does not guarantee that any broadcast will be:

• accurate;
• lawful;
• continuously available;
• complete;
• reliable;
• error-free;
• suitable for a particular purpose; or
• appropriate for every viewer.

Viewers choose what content they watch at their own discretion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, viewers are responsible for their own interactions with broadcaster-provided content.

Unless authorised by the applicable rights holder or permitted by law, viewers must not unlawfully:

• copy;
• download;
• record;
• reproduce;
• retransmit;
• redistribute;
• sell;
• commercially exploit; or
• republish

content transmitted through the Platform.

21. Third-Party Games, Services and Intellectual Property

Broadcasters may stream games, websites, software, products or services owned by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mt2Factory is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially associated with the developers, publishers, manufacturers, operators or owners of such third-party products or services.

All third-party trademarks, trade names, game names, logos, characters, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Broadcasters are responsible for complying with any licences, terms or policies governing the games, software and services they choose to broadcast.

22. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to, references to or integrations with third-party websites, applications or services.

Mt2Factory does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

Accessing third-party services is subject to the terms, policies and practices of those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory is not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's use of or reliance upon third-party services.

23. Broadcaster Representations and Warranties

By broadcasting through the Platform, the broadcaster represents and warrants that:

1. they are legally permitted to use the Platform;
2. their use of the Platform complies with applicable law;
3. they have the necessary rights and permissions for the content they transmit;
4. their content does not knowingly infringe third-party rights;
5. they will not intentionally use the Platform for unlawful purposes; and
6. information supplied to Mt2Factory in connection with a legal or copyright dispute will not knowingly be materially false.

24. Broadcaster Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each broadcaster agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless:

• Mt2Factory Limited;
• its affiliates;
• directors;
• officers;
• employees;
• contractors;
• service providers; and
• representatives

from and against third-party claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:

• content transmitted by that broadcaster;
• infringement of intellectual property rights by that broadcaster;
• violation of privacy or other third-party rights by that broadcaster;
• unlawful conduct by that broadcaster;
• breach of these Terms by that broadcaster; or
• claims arising from material supplied or transmitted by that broadcaster.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not transfer liability that cannot legally be transferred.

25. Platform Provided “As Is”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Mt2Factory does not warrant that:

• the Platform will always be available;
• streams will be uninterrupted;
• streams will be free of latency;
• transmission will be error-free;
• content will always be preserved;
• the Platform will satisfy every user's requirements;
• every security incident can be prevented; or
• every broadcaster will comply with these Terms.

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory shall not be liable merely because its technical infrastructure was independently used by a broadcaster to transmit unlawful, infringing, inaccurate, offensive or otherwise improper material.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory shall not be liable for:

• content independently transmitted by broadcasters;
• statements made by broadcasters;
• broadcaster conduct;
• copyright infringement committed by broadcasters;
• third-party intellectual property infringement committed by broadcasters;
• loss resulting from unauthorised use of broadcaster credentials;
• interruptions to streaming;
• network failures;
• hosting failures;
• third-party service failures;
• loss of data;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of profit;
• loss of business opportunity;
• loss of goodwill; or
• indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

27. Safe-Harbour and Intermediary Protections

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a waiver of any legal protection available to Mt2Factory.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory reserves the right to rely upon any applicable:

• online service provider safe harbour;
• intermediary liability protection;
• hosting protection;
• conduit protection;
• caching protection;
• limitation of liability;
• defence;
• exemption; or
• other statutory or common-law protection.

This includes protections that may be available under Hong Kong law and, where applicable, laws of other jurisdictions.

28. No Assumption of Broadcaster Liability

Nothing Mt2Factory does for operational, safety or enforcement purposes should be interpreted as voluntarily assuming legal responsibility for broadcaster-provided content beyond responsibility imposed by applicable law.

In particular, Mt2Factory's ability to:

• terminate streams;
• moderate content;
• investigate complaints;
• issue stream keys;
• select broadcasters who are permitted access to the Platform;
• enforce these Terms; or
• provide technical assistance

does not, by itself, mean that Mt2Factory created, owns, endorses or assumes responsibility for the contents of a broadcaster's stream.

29. Cooperation With Authorities and Rights Holders

Mt2Factory may cooperate with legitimate:

• courts;
• regulators;
• law-enforcement authorities;
• government authorities; and
• intellectual property rights holders

where required or permitted by applicable law.

Where legally required, Mt2Factory may preserve or disclose relevant information pursuant to a valid legal obligation, court order or legally binding request from a competent authority.

Mt2Factory reserves the right to challenge requests that it reasonably believes are invalid, excessive or unlawful.

30. Preservation of Records

Where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, enforcement, legal compliance or establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, Mt2Factory may retain relevant technical records for an appropriate period subject to applicable data-protection law.

Such records may include, where applicable:

• timestamps;
• IP addresses;
• streaming connection records;
• stream identifiers;
• security logs;
• reports;
• correspondence; and
• enforcement records.

31. Privacy and Personal Data

Use of the Platform may involve processing technical or personal information including:

• IP addresses;
• device information;
• browser information;
• timestamps;
• security information;
• streaming connection information;
• cookies;
• analytics information; and
• information voluntarily provided to Mt2Factory.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Where European Union data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation, applies to particular processing activities, mandatory requirements of that legislation remain applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any data-protection right that cannot legally be waived.

32. European Union and European Economic Area Users

Mt2Factory Limited is established in Hong Kong.

However, depending on how and where the Platform is provided, mandatory legislation of another jurisdiction may apply.

Where the European Union Digital Services Act, General Data Protection Regulation, consumer-protection legislation or another mandatory European law applies to the Platform or a particular activity, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude obligations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms requires users located in the European Union or European Economic Area to waive mandatory statutory protections that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law requires Mt2Factory to provide a particular point of contact, reporting mechanism, statement of reasons, appeal mechanism, representative or other compliance measure, the applicable statutory requirement prevails over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.

33. Content Moderation

Mt2Factory may apply content moderation manually or through technical tools.

Moderation may include:

• reviewing reports;
• reviewing broadcasts;
• interrupting streams;
• restricting content;
• removing content;
• suspending access; or
• terminating broadcasting privileges.

Enforcement decisions may be based on these Terms, applicable law, security considerations and information reasonably available to Mt2Factory at the time.

Where mandatory law requires particular reasons, notification or redress procedures relating to a moderation decision, Mt2Factory will comply with those requirements to the extent applicable.

34. Availability and Modification of the Platform

Mt2Factory may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Platform.

This may include:

• performing maintenance;
• changing streaming infrastructure;
• changing functionality;
• adding or removing features;
• changing technical requirements;
• limiting capacity;
• restricting particular broadcasting functionality; or
• discontinuing the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory is not responsible for interruptions resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• internet outages;
• power outages;
• network failures;
• CDN failures;
• hosting failures;
• data-centre failures;
• cyberattacks;
• distributed denial-of-service attacks;
• third-party infrastructure failures; or
• force majeure events.

35. Suspension and Termination

Mt2Factory may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary for:

• enforcement of these Terms;
• security;
• prevention of abuse;
• protection of third-party rights;
• legal compliance;
• technical reasons; or
• protection of the Platform or Mt2Factory.

Broadcasters whose streaming access has been terminated must not attempt to circumvent that termination using alternative credentials unless expressly authorised by Mt2Factory.

36. No Guarantee of Enforcement

Mt2Factory's failure to take action regarding a particular incident does not constitute approval of that incident or a waiver of its right to act later.

Enforcement may differ between cases based on relevant facts and circumstances.

Mt2Factory may reconsider, modify or reverse an enforcement decision where new information becomes available.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted, restricted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

38. No Waiver

Failure or delay by Mt2Factory in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Any waiver must be expressly made by Mt2Factory and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the general agreement between Mt2Factory and users regarding use of the Platform, except where a separate written agreement between Mt2Factory and a particular person expressly provides otherwise.

Where a broadcaster has entered into a separate written agreement with Mt2Factory, that agreement and these Terms shall be interpreted together, and the separate written agreement shall prevail to the extent of any direct conflict concerning that broadcaster.

40. Assignment

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mt2Factory may assign or transfer its rights and obligations relating to the Platform as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of business or transfer of the Platform.

Users may not transfer rights granted specifically to them under these Terms, including broadcasting credentials, without Mt2Factory's permission.

41. Governing Law

Subject to mandatory laws that cannot legally be excluded, these Terms and use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

42. Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights that cannot legally be excluded, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of mandatory jurisdictional protections that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

43. Changes to These Terms

Mt2Factory may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• changes to the Platform;
• new functionality;
• changes to technical infrastructure;
• legal or regulatory developments;
• security requirements;
• enforcement practices; or
• operational changes.

The current version will be published on the Platform.

The “Last updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the latest version.

Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Formal copyright, intellectual property, content and legal notices concerning the Platform may be sent to:
